Return & Refund Policy


My purchased item is damaged.

We are sorry that the item that you purchased is damaged. Although we thoroughly check our products before shipping them out, rarely due to their fragile nature, they may be damaged by the courier services or unforeseen circumstances as such as freight and weather.

If you receive your order and it has been damaged during transit, allow us to look into this for you. Kindly contact our customer service at SALES@SCENTICHE.COM with pictures of the damaged item/s, and we will provide a solution as soon as possible. Please do not send damaged items back to us without contacting us first. Products may be exchanged within 7 days following the date of delivery.



Return will only be accepted in the case that the product has been damaged, and it must:

  • Be in it’s original packaging.
  • Not have been used.
  • Not have the quantity of the fragrance foreseeably decreased due to usage/time.

Refunds / Returns are not entertained in any other circumstance and exchanges are made upon our discretion. Customer agrees to this condition upon making a purchase.



What are the costs associated with returning an item?

The costs of the return differ from customer to customer, based on the shipping company, quantity you have ordered and country that you ship it from.



Did you receive my return?

Once we have received your return, we will process your refund/exchange as soon as possible. It takes around two working days to start processing your return. We will send you an email once it has been processed.



How are refunds issued?

When returning an order after confirmation from the customer support SALES@SCENTICHE.COM , refunds will be issued to the original payment method of the order. The refund value will match the price that was paid (Excluding Shipping / Custom charges) when the order was placed. Refunds will only be processed once the item is received back, if its following the terms of the returns accepted, and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your return.



What is your cancellation policy?

Once placed, all orders are not eligible for cancellations.
