Delivery Policy

We are committed to accurately delivering your order in good condition and always on time. Each order can be shipped only to a single destination address (which would be specified at the time of payment during the checkout process). If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders. Below are some more shipping related FAQS.

What is the estimated delivery time?

SCENTICHE PERFUMES aim to process & deliver all orders within 5 working days. No deliveries will be made on Fridays or public holidays.

We ship out orders on all weekdays (Saturday to Thursday), excluding public holidays. Orders placed on non-working hours will be processed on the following working day.

To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only make shipments through FedEx.

Can I track my order?

We will send you and update on your order with the tracking information once it has been shipped, or you can track your order by logging into your account.

How does your international shipment delivery/policy work?

SCENTICHE PERFUMES ships to a range of countries worldwide. There are unfortunately countries where we cannot ship perfume products due to their nature. We encourage you to enter your address at checkout to see whether SCENTICHE PERFUMES is able we ship to your country.

What are your shipping charges (local/international)?

Shipping charges are auto generated by the system according to the location of your country.

International delivery usually takes 6 to 8 business days, from the date of shipment. However, parcels may experience custom delays which are beyond our control.

What if a product is out of stock?

All orders are subject to availability. You may contact our customer service team to look into your needs.

Can I add a message or special instructions?

There is a text box at the check out to add any notes or special instructions to your order.

What happens if my order is damaged?

We thoroughly check our products before shipping them out, however, rarely due to their fragile nature, they may be damaged by the courier services or unforeseen circumstances as such as freight and weather. If you receive your order and it has been damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at SALES@SCENTICHE.COM so we can resolve the issue.

Where is my invoice?


Please note all items will be shipped with a printed invoice. In the case that it is mistakenly misplaced, please contact at SALES@SCENTICHE.COM mentioning your order number as reference.
